Oh God it's trash. $500 for a slow 765G?!? The Redmi 10X 5G costs under half that with the much faster Dimensity 820!

The 12GB version may be US$500, but the lowest tiered configuration will be around US$400/400€. This is the OnePlus competitor to the Pixel 4a, which already has the announce Xiaomi's Mi 10 Youth 5G at the forefront of the competition. OnePlus cannot just charge US$100 more and get away with it, they'll match the pricing and win thanks to their near stock Android, and great support from 3rd-party ROMs such as LineageOS.

A possible OnePlus Z has appeared on Geekbench, complete with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G chipset and 12 GB of RAM. OnePlus is expected to launch the OnePlus Z next month for around US$500.
