I agree with all the people on here. We moved you up in the phone industry by purchasing your handsets and placing you in the top spots all over the world only to be let down by promises and updates that came just too late. Or not even here at all.My next handset will not carry your Name again. Will never buy your products again anyway. From another unhappy client. (Thumbs Down) P20 Pro Owner.

I am very disappointed with Huawei for being uncaring about thei customers. Little things like this sends a whole lot of signals about what customer care is about and honestly, Huawei lags behind big time on this.
Personally, I have introduced lots of people to Huawei phones in my area but I am considering my next phones and it doesn't look like it would be Huawei. Except they change of course.

Yup Huawei lost my business as still waiting on EMUI 10 for both my P20 & Pro. Plus they did not provide the monthly security updates they put in writing they would, only received 12 or so in total being left on January's patch on both... With these multiple delays could have provided a few more patches, or at least Feb/Mar before devices went EOL. They also had the gall to remove them from quarterly updates too yet left P20 Lite on the list to receive! Nope definitely not going down this path again!!!

Currently sitting with a December 19 security update in the last days of May 20 with my P20 pro along with no Android 10. Not good enough. A real shame as the phone is super.

I think that huawei is making a unhonest war with the usa for spyingAt the time that huawei goes far on selings and technology than we see th fight because huawei is before apple on everythng. The most spyied phone is iphone.!!! from who!!??
From them who say that huawei make spiunage. The first in the world who make spiunage is usa than the others.

Huawei as a company is kaput. It's not just phones but networking equipment too.

Expect sanctions, legal action and boycotts (on a national scale).

TSMC will probably stop making Kirin chips for Huawei.

That's what you get for stealing technology, ignoring sanctions on Iran and collaborating with the Chinese military. Good riddance.

The only sad thing is Leica might be affected, but I'm sure it will find another customer to collaborate with. Sony's newest phones have Zeiss optics.

So stop throwing your money away by buying Huawei phones.

Same here, was taken for a ride by huawei when they said that an emui 10 will be available for my p20 pro. Will not order another Huawei device again. Will buy an apple product once my contract is finished. Thanks huawei for nothing

I was so impressed when I got my P20 pro. However, I will never buy another Huawei product again. Going back to Samsung who I can trust will provide me with aftercare and support. Not impressed anymore, get your act together Huawei!

Huawei your going to lose many P20 owners, I'm all for giving a new manufacturer ago but never again, as part of my contract deal I was given your wireless buds, after 3 months they became faulty, you said as a free gift you get 3 months warranty!!! What a let down, now another let down on the update the Pro 20 desperately needs, already order my Samsung S20+, Huawei your a 💩💩 company

It's terrible. I had never expected that it would take so long to get an update to my p20 pro. This is for me the main reason that my next phone will not be made by Huawei.

Back in February, Huawei claimed that the Mate 10 Pro and P20 Pro would receive the EMUI 10 update in March. Here we are months after, though, and most owners of the two phones remain stuck on EMUI 9.1. Comparatively, phones from that generation like the LG G7, Galaxy S9, and OnePlus 6 have all received Android 10.
