This computer is crap! Hasn't been tested with other versions of windows 10. I am using a 1tb intel core 17 10 gen. Nvidia graphics and intel dch driver. Gives me a blue screen sometimes. Please email me back so  i can fix this problem. Is it a hardware problem?

Can you please confirm with Dell on the height/thickness of the Precision 3550? The manual as well as website say it is 14.99mm. But I doubt it because
a. it doesn't look so in the pics
b. precision 3550 is similar to latitude 5510. Latitude 5510 web page claims 14.99mm thickness but the manual correctly mentions as 20mm thickness. So I am guessing if Precision also would be 20mm.

Why am i bothered about 5mm? I am really looking for a sleek laptop and 15mm to 20mm is almost 33% more than what they are advertising!

The new Dell Precision 3550 and 3551 share a design, but not the internals - one of them is based on Comet Lake U CPUs, the other uses Comet Lake H series processors from Intel. Both models are optionally available with a pointing stick, which makes them unique among this years Dell Precision workstations: Dell has stopped offering this feature on the more expensive Precision 7000 series.
