TUF A15 & A17 : Are we a joke to you?
the 60% srgb screen along with typical poor Asus reliability on their budget offerings sure are

I'm just kind of surprised these aren't that much more expensive than the TUF, and at the same price as crap like the G15/G14 it's no brainer (unless battery life is a concern... but who needs battery life on gaming laptops?)

Oh finally, a GOOD AMD laptop.
Apart from the obligatory 46whr battery and the nose cam (nose cam was always an issue with the XPS), this looks to be the best laptop.

No bad screens that look like it came out of hitler's anus!

No max-q s*** along with blocked vents!

110w RTX 2060 can render RTX 2070 Max q pointless.

It's becoming abundantly clear there's some shenanigans going on with GPU selection for AMD offerings. I'd be willing to bet Intel is reaching into it's old bag of tricks and influencing OEMs not to offer anything above a 2060 with AMD CPUs. Disgraceful.
yep, a monopoly, pocket manufacturers, a so-called competitor who is happy with their 10% of the pie. all plays their roles.

Finally a good AMD gaming machine

Will probably be one of the best performing ones too especially with eluktroboost. The 2060 should perform close to if not equal to a 2070.

I'm pretty sure the screen will be good too.

Is this a Clevo clone?

It is the best we can get at this point in time. Thanks to Bob of all trades, all possible options were considered and pros and cons are weighed.
Performance, bios, etc will be tuned to be state of the art, you'll see.

Both are Tongfang, not Clevo.

15 inch: GK5NRFO / NR0O
17 inch: GK7NPFR / NR0R

No Clevo devices are "clevo clones" per-se. Clevo just manufactures the laptops, Eluktronics and other OEMs rebadge and tweak them to their needs. In this case, however, the 17" model appears to be a clevo and the 15" is a Tongfang.

The Matrix RP-15 and RP-17 are Eluktronics' latest notebooks, which set themselves apart with AMD Ryzen 7 4800H APUs. They are also slated to have 144 hertz (Hz) displays and what this brand calls "Covert Design". These new PCs' graphics will be handled by "full performance" GeForce RTX 2060 cards.
