Xiaomi already released a similar spec'd product well over a year ago for around $60. It might just lack the IP rating, though.

They better tune it to simulate good stereo in good room in front of you, not just to some recommendation.
30-40 band EQ can solve a lot of its +-5dB, you got to use 3rd party EQ to set it, as it's often not included.
Like everyone listen to brands preffered tuning.

1More has introduced its new Dual Driver ANC Pro Wireless In-Ear Headphones. This new product is not truly wireless, but does improve on its predecessor through the addition of Bluetooth 5.0 and a Wind Noise Resistance mode on top of its active noise cancellation (ANC) spec. The buds are also rated for twice the battery life of their previous generation.
