It shouldn't appear in a device of this tier, and it's not like they make their own displays, something's more likely wrong with the chassis design.

It never feels good to drop a couple thousand dollars on a fancy new business laptop only to find stuck pixels or noticeable backlight bleeding. Even high-end laptops can have panel imperfections that should be discovered sooner rather than later.
