I find it helpful to wake up, shower, eat breakfast, down several cups of coffee and/or tea, and get dressed in work-like clothes, no matter how comfortable it sounds to work in your pajamas. This is especially true if your remote work isn't as structured, i.e. if you work at your own pace. If you're in a place where you're allowed to walk around outside for exercise, that's also super highly recommended as a good way to start your day or spend a part of your break(s).
