I Have the Note 10 + unlocked on At&T. Apparently some are rolling out faster than others. I inserted my Verizon Sim and it checked for updates and just installed the One UI2.1 So if you have a different SIM you can try it.

I have the Note 10+ AT&T US variant. Did this only roll out for international and unlocked models? I just a software update about a month and a half ago but it was only a security one, also I'm still on UI 2.0.

The recent One UI 2.1 update for the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 and Galaxy S10 adds a 120 Hz display refresh rate option, but the phones cannot make use of it as their displays are hardware-limited to 60 Hz. The new update also re-enables the NavStar module in the Good Lock app, but there are still bugs to be fixed.
