I like how the lens cover glass are lined up from small to large in similar increments, certainly one of the most refined approaches to a rather bland type of layout.
This device (the plus) is really shaping up to be an interesting one, Moto and Sony getting back my attention in one year(I used a Droid before switching to Sony which was my first pure touch device without a keyboard), looks like a good year in the smartphone realm.
