That is because you already are aware that both Audi and Mercedes are cars. However, ISRO has several satellite constellations for various purposes such as remote sensing, public and defense GPS, civil aviation, payload development, and many more. Hence the specific mention.

Qualcomm has revealed three new SoCs for upcoming budget smartphones — the Snapdragon 720G, Snapdragon 662, and the Snapdragon 460. These 4G SoCs come with support for key Wi-Fi 6 features, support for ISRO's NavIC GPS satellite constellation, and improved AI capabilities. The new SoCs will be available for OEMs worldwide starting Q1 2020.
