I bought a Korean V50 5G for the support of lots of 5G standards AND the fact Korea gets the updates first.  Still surprised to receive Android 10 stable in mid-January.  The interface and settings are MUCH simplified, and the gestures are great, but the biggest surprise was the performance boost from 9.  Antutu benchmark at highest res is now 440,017, which is virtually identical to Samsung Note 10, which runs a lower res screen.  That's a lot higher than Android 9 on my V50.  Very pleasantly surprised!

LG may still be rolling out Android 9.0 Pie to the LG G6, but the company has already started moving the V50 ThinQ onto Android 10. Better yet, the South Korean company has done so ahead of schedule. Shocked? So are we.
