Now, make version with frosted back like iPhone 11 Pro or Nokia 7.2(budget device) and make the screen flat with punch hole at worst, under display camera at best and I'm all ears!

Some issues with the review.

1. In order to get most of the stock camera, you need to turn off both HDR and Ai

2. The auto zoom option when mouse over, makes the Note 10 go much close on the photos, making it look less impressive than it is.

3. The phone currently has focusing issue, should be improved with the next update.

4, If one would install GCAM (Urnix 1.8) and you set HDR + Enhanched + 35 frames for HDR + processing, you will wipe the floor with ANY smartphone ever made, its not a win, it is a slaughter. Im aware that review is stock only, but just to mention for future owners. Also the phone has currently focus issues, this is almost completely fixed in GCAM, so yea with GCAM this phone destroy everything, get it and you will understand, its no contest, like 2 gen difference.

I bought the Mi Note 10 purely for the camera.  I have a iPhone 7 Plus and was looking for better.
I found the Note 10 camera, in some situations, is terrific. I always copy off the images and process them using desktop Adobe Lightroom.  In my usage, its landscape  and Night mode images are excellent and well-detailed.   Its autofocus is terrible, and macro mode, frankly, sucks.  I think the very shallow depth-of-field contributes to make most closeups out-of-focus.   I just won't use it for people pictures.  The 7 Plus is better at those.
It's a shame that the Camera+2 app isn't available for Android, by the way.   I haven;t found any second-party apps that work as well.

ups-resolution, downs-too much of bokeh for every situation.

I am disappointed Xiaomi didn't include an RGB notification LED. The edge lighting only lights up briefly, it doesn't pulse continuously like the LED did.

I had a look at your EXIF and as expected your EM10II is paired with a 14/3.5, then the entrance pupil is 4mm, while the Mi's EXIF showed 7/1.6, entrance pupil 4.375mm, so there's no mistake that the Mi should show more blur(also, it gathers more light, in the absolute sense), I just don't know how much more. Also the transition between in-focus and OOF areas varies from lens design.

Huge battery, huge number of megapixels in the camera, huge wattage on the charger. With the Xiaomi Mi Note 10, there are several superlatives, but you have to take a slight step back when it comes to the processor performance. Our detailed review reveals whether the purchase is worthwhile.
