Hello to my fellow chinese citizens. A word of advice from the west: the rich and powerful don't care about you. They play dirty and are more than willing to screw over the common people to gain just a little more money and power.

Huawei has issued a statement in regard to the lengthy and unjust detention of a former employee who was falsely accused of trying to blackmail the Chinese company. However, while many would have expected a formal apology, it seems the manufacturer has suggested the ex-worker should consider litigation instead. Ironically, Huawei has just publicly complained about its CFO's "unlawful and illegal" detainment.
