That's because this tablet supports reverse wireless charging. So one is for the fast wireless charging, the other is for the reverse wireless charging, which means it needs to be mentioned twice in the spec sheet.
You must not be very good at reading.

Row 7: Wireless charging (Forward:15W, Reverse:7.5W)
Row 11: Other features: Multi-window processing(not that iPadOS lacks this function either, which they omitted)...reverse wireless charging

New Oxford American Dictionary:
oth·er /ˈəT͟Hər/ ♫
▶ adjective & pronoun1.Used to refer to a person or thing that is different or distinct from one already mentioned or known about

Detestable practice as expected from Huawei that highlights nothing about the competitors except the price, while they mentioned their own reverse wireless charging twice on that chart; everybody knows that 4GB on iOS runs better than 6GB on Android; and they shamelessly highlighted the Kirin990, which will doubtlessly be beaten by the year old A12X, which was made to scale further from the already leading A12 that the 990 may yet have trouble surpassing.

Huawei has unveiled the MatePad Pro today (November 25, 2019). It is a 10.8 tablet with a resolution of 2560x1600 and a punch-hole selfie camera. This new slate comes in 6GB or 8GB RAM SKUs and has LTE or Wi-Fi only options. It can be pre-ordered from today, but only in its home country.
