27mp from 108mp is way different than 12mp from 12mp sensor, be it amount of detail or noise per pixel. MiNote10 got also big and bright 12mp 2x tele, its like having 2 main cameras.
Its not perfect smartphone but even ones at 2x price are not. Based on needs it can be worth as much as 1500euro phone. Its basically futuristic hw for half price of current flagships.

So is the Gcam port out yet? I imagine it should use extensive tweaking since this sensor probably doesn't read out as fast as the usual 1/2.55", nor even the 48MP quad bayer, so would have to do with less frames, and ZSL is probably out of the question.

So far, nothing. The phone just isn't in sufficient circulation yet.

Fingers crossed, though.

Xiaomi launched the Mi Note 10 a few weeks ago and the phone's impressive camera hardware has suddenly put it close to the top of many prospective buyers' shopping lists. Most are unsure about the purchase decision, however, so why not clarify things a bit for them? Is the Mi Note 10 really a good buy right now?
