Thank you so much for this wonderful review of Apple Airpods.  I am going to link back from our blog, I will also make out time to go through this blog and read some of the articles. I have already bookmarked it. Thank you once again.

But before I go, I have a little question to ask you and it goes like this, How do you manage to write these wonderful long articles without going off-topic? do you have content writers working with you? I would be very happy if you answer this very question. Bye, see you next time.

There is hardly any sound difference between AirPods and AirPods Pro as they are fitted with identical speakers and electronics.
The only difference is that the Air Pods Pro are close to the ear and therefore have higher sound pressure and less loss. Everything else is psyche.
Fitting vastly alters sound. Two pairs of electronically identical CIEMs with deep fit and shallow fit sound different. Foam tips and silicone tips sound different. Different silicone tips sound different(if you're really insensitive to sound, compare between single flange and triple flange:

). So even if what you say is true, it's highly likely that they still sound different.

Usually the cheapest earphones sound dry and bright, i.e. free bundled or under $5, that's why the second cheapest tier,~$5-$40 tend to sound bass heavy...this doesn't apply to wireless though, maybe add a zero there.
The "pressure normalizing" (open back) approach to IEM is unfortunate, it seems as if there's next to zero sound isolation with the ANC off. I prefer the exact opposite approach which apart from superb passive noise isolation also oddly seems to help ears adjust to changing air pressure on planes.

Apple introduced the latest generation of its white earphones a few days ago, promising several improvements over existing AirPods. However, as iconic its designs have been since the launch of the first iPod, the sound quality of Apple's earbuds have remained mediocre. Has the company finally mastered Hi-Fi audio quality, or are the AirPods Pro just another step in the right direction?
