Why do 4/3 format sensors start at ISO200? Is there a particular reason for this lacking in base ISO? One size up, APS-C go to ISO100, one size down, 1" go to ISO125, and even smaller phone sensors all go below 100 for extra DR. What's with 4/3?

Olympus has unveiled its newest Micro Four Thirds digital camera, the OM-D E-M5 Mark III. This mirrorless unit is based on a 20.4MP Live MOS sensor and a TruePic VIII Image Processor. The OEM asserts that it also packs a wide range of features into a relatively compact form-factor.
