It has two SO-DIMM slots. 32 GB DDR4 SO-DIMM modules are widely available at this point. Each slot can take 32 GB and the CPU supports it, too. Thus, you get 64 GB maximum.

HP does not list 64 GB as an option, because they only sell it with 32 GB. But it is possible to upgrade the RAM to 64 GB.

Hallo,

How did you come to conclusion, that this ntb can have 64 GB of RAM?
Everywhere on the Internet (including HP quickspec document for example) it claims that max RA =M is 32 GB.

Thank you,
Stefan

Nice review.
The lines on the sunny screen are the resoult of the PWM captured by the camera?
Does the 830 x360 G5 have the same SureView screen?
Also is it possible to remap the phone keys somehow?

Hinges are so strong or stiff that neither 830 G6 nor 1040 G6 can be opened with one hand, unlike the XPS 13 7390 2in1.

Convertibles offer more flexibility than regular clamshell notebooks. Business convertibles like the HP EliteBook x360 830 G6 offer even more flexibility than consumer devices. With plenty of features & high-quality components, the HP EliteBook x360 830 G6 is a successful convertible, as there are barely any weak points to this HP laptop.
