What the hell is the difference between Comet Lake Y, Ice Lake Y and Tiger Lake?
Intel is just confusing everyone bringing a bunch of different lakes to the market at the same time...

Comet Lake - Another rehash of the Skylake and Gen 9 graphics in Skylake, based on 14nm process.

Ice Lake - Next generation using the new Sunny Cove cores, Gen 11 graphics, and 10nm process. OneMix needs to be using this.

Tiger Lake - 10nm successor coming after Icelake. Supposed to be a nice improvement for mobiles again. Coming a year after Icelake.

@author Tiger Lake is not early next year, its late next year. Icelake just introduced, do you think they'll get the next generation in 3 months?

Intel 10th generation Core processors are coming to ultra-mobile PCs (UMPC), with One-netbook being the first to announce that it plans to bring one to market. The follow-up to the One Mix 3 series is currently called the One-netbook X and will come with Comet Lake Y, Ice Lake Y or perhaps even Tiger Lake Y series processors. You can register your interest to test the One-netbook X now.
