The cameras either run on SD's Spectra or a proprietary ISP from Light(can't remember which), but not the GPU, and the current Nokia is known to run late on development sometimes.

If it's being released in Q4 this year then there's no excuse not to have Snapdragon 855+. It has 20% faster GPU than S855, which is what this camera system desperately needs.
