You can either have DC Dimming or PWM. If they say they use DC dimming then they mean they don't use PWM. It is not stated in the article that they use an IPS panel. It could still be a VA panel.
Anyway - I like the specs on these laptops. Would certainly consider the bigger one.

I don't get it. If it is IPS panel and it has real PWM then it is a trash the trash and DC Dimming doesn't amtters.
