There it is in the disclaimer...
"NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED"

I wonder how many people will throw away their cash on this unicorn.

 ???
Call me skeptical, but this smells like a fraud. Buy an existing folding device, throw on a few cheap cosmetic alterations, advertise "pre-orders" for this "new" device at a price that's too low to actually make anything, normal enough to snare a few chumps and high enough to make you some money... et-voila, perfect scam.

Some predictions:
1) One or two "preview" devices will be seeded to friendly journalists.
2) It will end up "delayed".
3) After several "delays", it will end up "cancelled".
4) People will have to push for their money back.
5) When they get it back, it will be minus an "administration" charge.
6) In the meantime their funds will have been used for money-laundering purposes.
7) At the end of it all the company will die, covering up all of the above.

Pablo Escobar's brother just unveiled the Fold 1, a $349 foldable phone with flagship specs, available to pre-order right now. But the too-good-to-be-true price and uncanny similarities with the Royole FlexPai cast doubts. Is this a real price-performance monster? Or is it a stunt?
