Considering sensor size and aperture of camera its not exactly what consumers wants. Same as size of screen, important is size of bezels/phone, also for VR the bigger a phone the better. You cannot expect 4" forever. Same as phones to be the ultimate mobile device. Everything changes.

Where did you come up with "most power users prefer smaller screen"?

The Nokia 8 was released within the last few days and there's already word of a Nokia 9, the company's more impressive, larger flagship. Nothing is concrete at this point, though, but we'll be looking forward to it.
