Please correct it - its definitely not AA battery. Its standart 18650 type battery that was  original designed for laptops (and still used in laptops as pack of 4 or 6 cells). This battery is much larger than usual AA battery. Also, according to CNN photos it looks like a AMT brand battery - not any kind of quality cells.
