They have already been released, Sony VAIO's S series has the i7-3632QM and Lenovo's Y series has the i7-3630QM.

Some are including these new processors in the upcoming Windows 8 laptops, which are due in about 12 days. For example, Dell has updated the XPS 15 to the new core i7 if you preorder the Windows 8 version

Performance zenith. Ivy Bridge processors have been on the market for just about half a year - time to introduce a small performance upgrade in terms of higher clock speeds. We tested what the new models Core i7-3940XM, 3840QM, 3740QM and 3630QM are capable of.
