Dell has started selling new XPS 13 configurations with Intel's Core Ultra 7 355, up to 32 GB of RAM and 1 TB of storage. The laptop has a 13.4-inch 2,560 x 1,600 touchscreen with up to a 120 Hz refresh rate, starting at 14,464 yuan (around $2,145) in China.
