I would have preferred something cheaper with AMD Gorgon Point processors; then I wouldn't hesitate to buy it, but Intel's consistently high prices are a deterrent. Anyway, Intel is already raising the prices of all its chips. Cheap Intel laptops? That's impossible, especially now that they've confirmed that Intel CPUs with the Arrow Lake refresh will see a 30% price increase, potentially making them inaccessible to gamers. Intel has just ruined everything for 2026.
Samsung's new Galaxy Book6 Pro is a good 16-inch multimedia laptop with Intel's Panther Lake mobile processors, but the manufacturer charges $2100 for the SKU with the slow iGPU, which is way too expensive.
