LOL. A friendly reminder that AMD is just starting copying ScaMvidia practices. Latest RTX 50 series don't have Multi-FrameGen. 2022's RTX 4090 24GB GDDR owners don't have any Frame Gen. Software-lock claiming that RTX 30 seris Optical Flow Accelerator wasn't fast enough, while the modding community proved it could run on older hardware. And I'm not even talking about their tech fraud like PhysX or G-Sync.

oof, well spotted, if true.

Meanwhile NVIDIA brings DLSS 4.5 transformer upscaling model to all RTX cards (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Deep_Learning_Super_Sampling#DLSS_4)
Keep not officially releasing FSR4 INT8 (even if it is with warnings, when one wants to enable it), AMD, and my next GPU on my 2nd PC will also be NVIDIA.

pssr 2.0 and int8 only work on the ps5 pro. not the base ps5 like this article seems to suggest

FSR4 INT8 on RDNA3 looks so much better than what RDNA3 officially supports:
youtube.com/watch?v=VPMOjdvmHMk "FSR4 on RDNA3 on Windows!!! How To Guide and Side by Sides Tested on RX 7800 XT"
youtube.com/watch?v=yB0qmTCzrmI "AMD Tried To Hide This From You - FSR 4 INT8 on RDNA 3 & 2 Tested"

A leaked AMD GitHub repository revealed an INT8 build of FSR 4 that appears capable of running on RDNA 2 and RDNA 3 GPUs, even as AMD positions official FSR 4 support exclusively for newer RDNA 4 hardware. Sony has effectively deployed this same INT8 technology as the PlayStation 5's upgraded PSSR (often dubbed PSSR 2.0), prompting modders to port the leaked libraries to Radeon RX 6000 and 7000 cards while AMD remains publicly silent.
