The consumer should not be bothered by this. What is ASROCK even doing that they can't fix this (started with Ryzen 7000 series, may be even earlier). I'd avoid ASSROCK until AM6 and only get their Motherboards after confirmation that they have fixed the issue.
This affects all MB manufacturers, not just Asrock, and despite the noise made on tech sites, the number of failures is still tiny compared to the number of cpu's sold. It is easy to ensure you don't burn out your cpu with a few simple precautions. Asrock make the best value MB's IMO and I'm not worried at all about buying one.
