Quote from: Player911 on Today at 04:41:00Jeesh I still have my 5060 TI running in my old PC. Not going to lie, if 5060 TI is a baseline, I'm cool with that. That card def was worth it's money when I bought it new years ago.

No you don't, it came out on 16th April 2025, stop lying.

After seeing all these comments, do any of you actually enjoy the games? I think some people have forgotten that it's about fun or art. Some of y'all seem so caught up in one upping each other that you have literally 'forgotten the game'

What's the point of not using dlss or nvidia technology? A 4060 give you better performance than a ps5 thanks to activate all the nvidia stack, disabling it is stupid.

It is a 7700xt. 60 RDNA 3 Compute tiles. There were no mincing of words by Sony. Comparing PS5 PRO's GPU to overpriced low end GPUs is short sighted

If you are using an 5060Ti you're more than likely having to cripple the settings on the PC anyways.

Quote from: JustASwedishGuy on Yesterday at 10:14:40Upscaling≠performance, the only reason the ps5 pro can play games in the "same" quality as a 5060ti or rx 9060 xt is because of upscaling, not raw performance.

The Reason PC can play 4K games is because DLSS & MFG not raw performance except you can afford to buy RTX 5080 / 5090
I have a RX 9070XT 4K in not a problem and saved 800$ over the 5080

Digital Foundry experts compare the updated PlayStation 5 Pro with AMD Radeon RX 9060 XT 16GB and Nvidia GeForce RTX 5060 Ti 16GB in a new series of tests. Using identical graphics modes, the console chip performs similarly to mid-range graphics cards, though desktop GPUs remain slightly faster.
