Ok converging markets...

While the SnapDragon is looking to make HUGE inroads into "PC" space, (forgetting the now 'must have' fairly to completely useless 'AI" feature) the Snapdragon, Apple's M series and Intel's offerings are all lacking dGPU performance.

AMD is still leading here with their 740-780M series iGPU's.

Now if MediaTek were to produce an ARM chip with some Nvidia innards it might be  a game changer however the Nvidia content is being billed for "AI" use.

However given the rumors of the Nvidia chip/content in the upcoming Switch2 maybe in this case a not-so-scaled down performance/feature set might be forth coming?

Nvidia simply cannot stand not being #1 anywhere where any AI/ML can be applied, lol.

MediaTek might be planning to challenge the Snapdragon X Elite in the Windows PC realm as a new rumor claims that the company is collaborating with NVIDIA for an AI PC processor. Unfortunately, the SoC could be costly for OEMs to acquire, potentially making consumer devices powered by the chip expensive.
