The OSA regulation has already done damage to indie games and small companies. This will completely obliterate the gaming market and will leave us only with the likes of EA and Ubisoft.
The EU KIDS Act is intended to better protect minors online, but according to Stop Killing Games, it could have major consequences for online games. The initiative warns of strict age checks, problems for private servers and significant financial hurdles for smaller developers.
