Samsung gives the Galaxy Watch Ultra an update. Its looks remain nearly unchanged, but the internals get an upgrade: a faster processor, a larger battery and a much brighter display. The smartwatch is also more comfortable to wear. We tried out Samsung's new flagship watch.
