60fps is GODAWFUL. It's only acceptable in the worst case scenario (bad GPU, old hardware, ray-tracing, etc.). There's also the matter of 0.1% and 1% lows which affect how smooth the game feels.

Most gamers have 144Hz+ monitors these days. More fps = smoother gameplay.
I'm guessing you are the one who might not see the difference between 60 and above. Are you sure your monitor is set to the max supported refresh rate or did you forget to do it just like everyone else who says 60fps is good and there's not much difference in 60+?
