SpaceX appears to be expanding eligibility for its Starlink Mini rental program in the US, allowing more residential subscribers to claim the portable satellite dish at no upfront hardware cost. Previously limited to Residential Max customers, the offer is now reaching users on lower-tier plans, including the standard Residential 100Mbps tier.
