Neil Druckmann is a reverse Midas. It really seems Bruce Straley, co-creator and game director of the original Last of Us, pushed back the guy's worst tendencies. Now, Druckmann is forcing his extreme progressist and ridiculous vision (heavily pregnant women sent to combat zones, etc) whatever the cost is and it's hurting the franchise.
