Wow, this article used no critical thinking and instead gushed praise that the company was giving a heads-up.  What parts are shared between HDDs, SSDs, RAM and monitors?  Only basic building blocks of all electronics, PCBs, microchips, resistors, capacitors, transistors, etc.  This feels like raising prices to take advantage of the AI smokescreen obscuring things the same way food manufacturers took advantage to raise prices above and beyond the supply chain realities when the COVID smokescreen was obscuring things.
