On my S24 Yktra, When I look at battery drain stats, the biggest offender is Google Play Services, which you cannot restrict background usage. ButJ suspect that is a lie, it's probably a system task not visible in the stats sceeen.

My S24 ultra has been perfectly fine and I have the latest update installed.

That's why I always delay these patches up to a month from their release - higher chance that they will fix all reported issues by then.

Same issue with my S25 Ultra; the battery drains much faster, heating up, which I didn't experience before the July update, and slow charging speed.

Facing same battery draining issue in my s25 ultra

My phone has not ben holding a charge and is taking a long time to charge. I felt someone hacked my phone to force me to buy a new one.  :/

I've been procrastinating on updating this time. Assumed it was my adhd/executive dysfunction.. turns out it was a good thing 🤣
