Same issue with my S25 Ultra; the battery drains much faster, heating up, which I didn't experience before the July update, and slow charging speed.

Facing same battery draining issue in my s25 ultra

My phone has not ben holding a charge and is taking a long time to charge. I felt someone hacked my phone to force me to buy a new one.  :/

I've been procrastinating on updating this time. Assumed it was my adhd/executive dysfunction.. turns out it was a good thing 🤣

Oh ffs, I knew I wasn't imagining my S24 Ultra's normally excellent battery life being much worse now after this update.

Yep, came here to see if others were having the same issue. I went from having the best battery I've ever had with my s25 ultra to it getting drained overnight without using it. The overheating thing is an issue too. Tried changing some settings and turning off features but it hasn't really helped. Hoping they fix this soon. It really sucks.

This particular update didn't have any noticeable impact on my battery life. I've been using the S24 Ultra for about 2 years and 6 months, so some battery degradation over time is expected.

Despite that, I still get solid all-day battery life with my typical daily usage. I also switched the Performance Profile from Standard to Light. As someone who's fairly tech-savvy, I haven't noticed any reduction in responsiveness or performance during everyday tasks. For my usage, the Light profile provides a good balance between efficiency and performance.

Really glad to hear I'm not the only one - S25 Ultra, overheating accompanied with significant battery drain just doing small tasks, or even sitting idle. No indications as to what's happening in Good Guardians. Super frustrating.
