This is still a case where automated driving is dangerous. FSD doesn't lock manual controls and invites manual adjustments. This half a** control scheme is what is creating the situation. Also disengagement of FSD just before a crash when it has put the car on a collision course doesn't absolve anything. Again because it invites half a** driver controls.
