Germany's state-backed ICS archive is shutting down. It held more than 60,000 cataloged games. Its €1.5 million in public funding expired and was not renewed. The closure comes months after the fan-run Myrient archive, home to 390 TB of preserved games, also shut down over rising infrastructure costs.
