Costs little to treat customers right, yes. But most companies still won't do it. So credit where credit is due, imo.

After a baby-related mishap, a Steam Deck user simply wanted to buy a replacement carrying case for their Steam Deck OLED from Valve. Instead, the company behind Steam is apparently sending them one free of charge, and the community is praising the gesture.
