Older Windows Handhelds have really low Memory like 16GB and use 4GB VRAM as a default. Many games require 6 which you need to change in BIOS reducing system RAM from 12 to 10. My thinking is THIS is where XBOX mode helps the most. Did anybody test this?
Windows 11 users can now log directly into a new "Xbox mode". Xbox mode replaces Windows 11's normal UI with a controller-friendly UI that can integrate multiple game stores like Steam and Epic. Xbox mode also frees up some resources to improve gaming performance. However, the end result is rather disappointing.
