40 years ago the average speed of a passenger train in China was 40 km/hr.

Just a couple of decades later and they've high speed (350 km/hr) bullet trains everywhere.

It's amazing what country can build when investing in its infrastructure rather than bombing other countries.

I heard 30-50? years ago, CN was leading in 5 out of 61 (or 65) fields, now it's like 60, so leading in most.
