The GPD Box was recently announced as one of the first mini PCs with an MCIO 8i eGPU port. This interface can deliver PCIe 5.0 x8 speeds, which is higher than the usual OCuLink x4 found in systems with external GPU support. The company has now shared more details about the Panther Lake mini PC.
