What a piece of garbage this feeder is for $200.00 the solar panel never worked from day one and their support/customer non-service teams is a bunch of jokers, they kept delaying by sending me the same email canned response over and over telling me to plug the solar panel in, finally fed up with their s*** support I purchase a solar panel off amazon, plugged it in and it started charging the battery right away. Stay away from them or buyer beware.
