Der Mercedes EQS bekommt 2026 die bislang wohl wichtigste Überarbeitung seit dem Marktstart. Die elektrische Luxuslimousine wechselt auf ein 800-Volt-System, soll in der Version EQS 450+ bis zu 926 Kilometer nach WLTP schaffen und mit bis zu 350 kW laden. Gleichzeitig bleibt aber die Frage offen, ob die umfangreiche Technik-Offensive auch das größere Problem des Modells löst: seine bislang eher verhaltene Marktakzeptanz im Luxussegment.
