Opckieran IS correct; similarly, one billion nanoseconds is exactly one second. Jojoba is right in saying the units should be milliseconds.

Pretty sure it isn't... But it also isn't 49 days (which would be over 4 millions seconds...Therefore I think the number in the article should be in miliseconds and not nanoseconds...
