So sieht es aus! Sous-vide ist kein Dampfgarer.
Ebenso stelle ich mir gerade auch Dampfgaren mit 230°C bei Normaldruck vor. Wird bestimmt den Küchenmarkt revolutieren. 😂

Bitte zuerst informieren, bevor man schreibt. Sous Vide ist LOW-COOKING und kein STEAM-COOKING.
MIT DE Gerät gelingt mit Sicherheit KEIN Sous Vide.
