I've recently come across the role of an "experience strategy consulting," and I'm curious to understand what they actually do on a day-to-day basis. From what I gather, it seems related to improving customer or user experiences, but I'm not clear on how their work differs from roles like marketing strategists or UX designers.

Can anyone explain what responsibilities an experience strategy consultant typically has? What kind of skills are required for this role, and what industries commonly hire for it? Also, how do they contribute to overall business growth and customer satisfaction?
